Mental Health Therapist- Adolescent Autism Specialty Program

We are excited to announce that we are launching a new residential program treating autistic teens in Woodland Hills, CA. We are currently hiring a Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to autistic teens with mental health and/or substance use struggles in our 6-bed residential program. This role is an exciting opportunity to have a small caseload(3 clients!) and get specialized training and experience working with autistic teens.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family therapy sessions for 3 clients and their families through a Neurodiversity Model of care.
Facilitate 1–2 therapy groups per week and document clinical notes accordingly.
Participate in the on-call rotation, offering phone support and managing after-hours clinical needs.
Support clients through discharge planning, including home contracts and after-care referrals.
Attend weekly Treatment Team and Psychiatry meetings, contributing clinical updates and insight.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation in compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
What You’ll Need:
Active California Licensure as an LCSW/LMFT/LPCC (Applicants registered as AMFT/ACSW/APCC also welcome)
Ability to pass LiveScan, federal/state background checks, and child abuse index clearances
Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Experience working with autistic individuals is strongly preferred but not required.
Valid Ca driver's license as you may be asked to assist at our other locations.
Extensive training in evidence-based, neuro-affirming care is provided.
