Housekeeper

Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health offers short term residential treatment programs for teens struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or behavior issues in a comfortable home like environment.
We are looking for a housekeeper position for our residential homes located in Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills and Calabasas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly deep cleaning of facilities, as needed, including carpet, rugs, and

    fabric furniture shampooing, appliances, baseboards and doorframes, etc.

• Perform back-up basic cleaning and disinfecting of client rooms, common areas,

    bathrooms, dining areas, offices, and exterior areas.

• Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain health and safety standards.

• Restock all cleaning supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

• Promptly report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate

   personnel.

• Respect and maintain client privacy, confidentiality, and personal boundaries at all

   times.

• Interact professionally and compassionately with clients, staK, and visitors.

• Support a calm, orderly, and therapeutic environment.

Payrate: 26-28/hour
This is a Part Time position. Hours: 8am - 12 noon, 1-2 days/week. 
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, especially in a healthcare,

   residential, or institutional setting.

• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and emotional sensitivity when working around youth

   in recovery.

• Must pass background checks, including child abuse clearances and drug

   screening.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
