What You’ll Do

  • Manage a reasonable caseload of individual and family therapy clients

  • Facilitate weekly DBT and therapeutic groups

  • Complete timely documentation in our EMR system

  • Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments for new admissions

  • Participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings

  • Coordinate effective aftercare planning with parents and the Discharge Coordinator

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed in California or Registered with the BBS (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)

  • Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic presence

  • Calm, professional demeanor in high-stress situations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic clinical setting

  • Must pass a Live Scan background check

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary - Payrate: Full-time $85,000 - $105,000
